LEGAL MANAGER (LM)

PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is one of Multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI) chip mills project/operation and coal mining in East Kalimantan Area. We invite professional and dynamics people who are ready to be located in Balikpapan or site Forestry and fill these positions:

LEGAL MANAGER (LM)

Responsible for handling government licenses of corporate documentation. Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents. Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with all legal documentation requirements. Handling potential legal matters, including analysis, evaluation and defense of any legal issue.

Requirements:

· Minimum S1 in Law from reputable University

· Minimum 6 years experience in mining industry with the same position.

· Good understanding in all relevant law and regulations, especially in mining and forestry law at East Kalimantan is more preferable.

· Having good relationship with local government, and other related government institution.

· Good skill in interpersonal relationship, negotiation and lobbying.

· Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).

· Possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.

CONTRACT ADM. SUPERVISOR (CA-SUPV)

Responsible for handling draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents. Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with all legal documentation requirements. Handling potential legal matters, including analysis, evaluation and defense of any legal issue.

Requirements:

· Minimum S1 in Law from reputable University

· Minimum 4 years experience as Contract Administration Supervisor in Procurement Department.

· Good skill in interpersonal relationship, negotiation and lobbying.

· Familiar with SAP system.

· Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).

· Possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

· Discipline, trustworthy, Initiative, team-work, self-motivated and dynamic.

· Willing to work in Balikpapan and Site.
